§ 20-239.6. Powers designated by statute.

The waterworks district herein created shall have enjoyed all the powers, privileges and rights conferred upon waterworks district by Chapter 8 of Title 33 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 as theretofore amended and as hereafter from time to time may be amended.
