In accordance with the provisions of Louisiana Revised Statutes, Section 33:7723, seven (7) persons, each possessing the qualifications
required by law, shall be appointed as commissioners of the mosquito abatement district and shall remain in office as such
during their respective terms. One member shall be appointed from each of the police jury districts and one member shall be
appointed at-large. Said commissioners shall constitute a board of commissioners of the Mosquito Abatement District No. 1
of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, and shall have all the powers and privileges granted by the constitution and
statutes of the State of Louisiana during their respective terms of office or until their successors are duly appointed.
