§ 20-301. Created; boundaries.

Under and by virtue of the authority conferred by Chapter 2 of Title 2 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 and other constitutional and statutory authority supplemental thereto, an airport district be and the same is hereby created within the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, which airport district shall comprise and embrace all that territory within the following described boundaries, to-wit:
All of that portion of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, located west of the Ouachita River,

and the boundaries of said district shall be coextensive with the boundaries of that portion of Ouachita Parish so described.
