§ 20-312. Board of commissioners; first members and meeting.

The aforesaid Ouachita Parish Sales Tax District of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, shall be governed by a board of commissioners composed of members of the police jury of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, in accordance with law and the officers of the police jury shall be officers of the sales tax district.
