§ 20-331. Creation; boundaries.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 2721.6 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes, as amended, and other constitutional and statutory authority supplemental thereto, there be and there is hereby created a sales tax district of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, containing the territory west of the Ouachita River excluding the municipality of West Monroe as said corporate boundaries are presently or may hereafter be constituted.
