Under and by virtue of the authority conferred by Section 2721.6 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as
amended (R.S. 33:2721.6), and other constitutional and statutory authority supplemental thereto, a sales tax district be and
the same is hereby created within the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana (the "Parish"), which sales tax district shall
comprise and embrace all of that territory within the boundaries of the parish, excluding that portion contained within the
corporate boundaries of the cities of Monroe and West Monroe, Louisiana, as presently constituted.
