§ 21.5-71. Generally.

This article is provided to establish, in general, the basic documents which are considered necessary for the proper and effective review of subdivision applications by the Ouachita Parish Police Jury. It shall be the responsibility of the developer to prepare and furnish all required documents and any other documents or exhibits which are deemed necessary to effectively communicate the conceptual and design aspects of the subdivision.
