§ 21-51. Land and works to which division applies.

This division shall apply to all drainage works and facilities in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, which are located, placed, or installed within a public right-of-way or servitude and which are accepted, owned, operated and maintained by the parish police jury within its jurisdiction outside of the corporate limits of incorporated municipalities.
