§ 22-3. Acreage tax on forest lands—Levied.

Latest version.

An acreage tax of two cents ($0.02) per acre is hereby levied on all forest lands and cut-over potential forest lands situated in the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, and the same is ordered extended on the tax rolls by the parish assessor in the same manner as the assessment and extension on the tax rolls of other parish taxes.
