§ 22-7. Same—Duration; property on which levied; use of proceeds.

Said tax be levied for each of the years 1970 through 1979, inclusive, all property situated within the Road Lighting District No. 4 of the parish in certain parts of Ward Four, subject to taxation, as shown by the assessment rolls, as said rolls are filed in the clerk's office and office of the sheriff and tax collector of the parish according to law, and that the proceeds of said three (3) mill tax to be used for the purpose of creating, operating and maintaining electric road lights within said section known as Road Lighting District No. 4 of the Parish of Ouachita.
