§ 2-28. Violations; penalty.
(a)
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction by any court of competent jurisdiction shall be fined in a sum not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
(b)
Any conviction under the provisions of this chapter shall be grounds for revocation or suspension of the violators permit. A conviction under this chapter of a licensee's or permittee's agent, associate, employee, representative or servant shall be considered the licensee's or permittee's conviction for purposes of suspension or revocation of his permit.
