§ 2-89. Beverages of high alcoholic content prohibited.

In ward one of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, no person shall produce, manufacture, rectify, blend or handle, sell, use, distribute, store or consume malt, vinous, spirituous, alcoholic or intoxicating liquors containing more than six (6) per centum of alcohol by volume.
