§ 2-104. Violations, penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction by any court of competent jurisdiction shall be fined in a sum not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for a period of time not to exceed thirty (30) days, at the discretion of the court.
