§ 2-143. Violation, penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction of any court of competent jurisdiction shall be fined a sum not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days or both.
