§ 3½-44. Intentional removal, penalty.

Intentional removal of required numbering, without reinstallation of that or other numbering which complies with the provisions of this section, is hereby declared to be unlawful, and shall subject the offender to a fine of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first offense, and up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for any subsequent offense within a five (5) year period.
