§ 3½-67. Penalty.

The violation of any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed to be and is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor and any person convicted of the violation thereof shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days or both.
