§ 4-10. Duration.

Each of the Parish of Ouachita, the Cities of Monroe and West Monroe, reserves the right to withdraw from this agreement at any time upon action by the governing body of the respective entity. Subject to such right of withdrawal, the agency shall continue until dissolved by the members.
