§ 7-18. Arkansas Louisiana Gas Co. in Sections 4 and 5, T16N, R3E.

Latest version.

Whereas, the Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company is now engaged in the sale and transportation of natural gas, and has the authority to construct pipe lines for transportation of such gas through pipe lines,

Whereas, the company now desires to construct the following facilities in the Parish of Ouachita.
6″ gas pipeline located in SE¼ of SE¼ of Section 5, Township 16 North, Range 3 East, as per plat SL-3457; and NE¼ of SE¼ of Section 4, Township 16 North, Range 3 East, as per Plat SL-3458.

The Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company is hereby permitted to construct, operate and maintain said above described pipeline facilities over and along the public road at the location shown on plat attached in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, under the following conditions, to-wit:
(a)

That all excavations be properly filled and the road beds be restored to their previous conditions; that all crossings shall be in accord with requirements of the department of highways of the State of Louisiana.

(b)

In case of road-working or road improvements by the police jury at any time, grantee shall change and move all gas pipe lines at its expense.
