§ 7-29. Arkansas Louisiana Gas Co. in area shown on plat.

The Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company is hereby permitted to construct, operate and maintain pipeline facilities over and along the public road at the location shown on plat attached in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, under the following conditions, to-wit:
(a)

That all excavations be properly filled and the road beds be restored to their previous conditions; that all crossings shall be in accord with requirements of the department of highways of the State of Louisiana.

(b)

In case of road-working or road improvements by the police jury at any time, grantee shall change and move all gas pipe lines at its expense.
