§ 7-31. Arkansas Louisiana Gas Co. in Section 25, T18N, R1E and Sections 19 and 3, T18N, R2E.

The Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company is hereby permitted to construct, operate and maintain a two inch gas pipe line over and along the public road in Section 25, Township 18 North, Range 1 east and in Sections 30 and 19, Township 18 North, Range 2 East in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, under the following conditions, to-wit:
(a)

That all excavations be properly filled and the road beds be restored to their previous conditions.

(b)

In case of road-working or road improvements by the police jury at any time, grantee shall change and move all gas pipe lines at its expense.
