§ 7-89. Better Waterworks, Inc.

Be it ordained by the Police Jury of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, that the authority and the franchise is hereby given to the Better Waterworks, Inc., to take all action necessary and proper in constructing, maintaining and operating a private water system for the supplying of water to its members.

Be it further ordained that a franchise is intended to cover only that area as shown by the plans and specifications of the proposed water system on file with the secretary of the Police Jury of Ouachita Parish and which authority granted herein is pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statutes 33:4361.
