§ 7-111. Assignment by Standard Enterprises, Inc. to Galion Utilities Corporation.

Authority be granted to Standard Enterprises, Inc. to transfer its franchise for the maintenance and operation of water and sewerage systems within Tanglewood Water Works District No. 1 of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana and Tanglewood Sewerage District No. 1 of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, to Galion Utilities Corporation.
