§ 8-33. Violation and penalty.

Latest version.

The violation of any of the provisions of this article or rules and regulations promulgated thereof shall be deemed to be and is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor and any person convicted of the violation thereof shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned for a term not to exceed thirty (30) days or both.
