§ 8-43. Disposal of garbage or other matter.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to throw, place, deposit or dump litter, garbage, refuse, or rubbish, in or upon any public place in Ouachita Parish, except in an authorized public receptacle or in an authorized private receptacle for collection.
