§ 8-45. Disposing of litter from motor vehicles.

Latest version.

No person or persons, while a driver or passenger in a motor vehicle, shall throw, deposit, drop or dump litter upon any road or public place within Ouachita Parish or upon private property. Whenever litter is thrown, deposited, dropped or dumped from any motor vehicle or other conveyance in violation of this section, it shall be prima facie evidence that the registered owner of said conveyance shall have violated this article.
