§ 9-1. Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following are hereby defined:
(1)

Sewage. A combination of the liquid or water-carried waste from residence, business, building and institution.

(2)

State health officer or his duly authorized representative. Ouachita Parish Health Unit.
