§ 9-12. Prohibition of the discharge in roadside ditches.

No person shall discharge water from a sewerage disposal system of any kind, including oxidation ponds, mechanical treatment plants, septic tanks, and other sewerage disposal systems directly or indirectly into a roadside ditch in Ouachita Parish. This section shall apply prospectively to sewerage disposal systems constructed and/or installed after February 3, 1997.
