§ 9-13. Violation and penalty.

Any person, partnership, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine of not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
