§ 9-4. Individual sewerage system permit.

No person, partnership, institute, corporation or other organization shall install or cause to be installed or materially alter an individual sewage disposal system of any kind without first having obtained a work authorization for such installation from the state health officer or his duly authorized representative. No individual sewage disposal system shall be used or placed in operation without final approval in the form of a permit issued by the state health officer or his duly authorized representative.
