§ 9-9. Building permit.

No building permit shall be issued to any applicant, by an employee of the Ouachita Parish police jury, until satisfactory evidence is obtained that a work authorization has been issued, for an individual sewage disposal system, by the state health officer or his duly authorized representative, except as to a permit for installation or placement of a mobile or modular home, which shall be governed by section 9-6.
