§ 11-6. Watercraft prohibited in certain places.

(a)

All watercraft be and hereby is prohibited from the use of Bayou DeSiard, Bayou Bartholomew, Bayou D'Arbonne, and Cheniere Lake from this date until further notice, except watercraft utilized by emergency personnel, including law enforcement officers and employees of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.

(b)

Any violation of the provisions of this section shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00).
