Ord. No. 8223, adopted May 20, 1991, enacted an idle speed restriction on Bayou DeSiard, Bayou Bartholomew, Bayou D'Arbonne, and Cheniere Lake. Ord. No. 8226, adopted June 17, 1991 repealed the aforesaid ordinance.
