§ 13-10. Construction work; contractor's name and gross amount of contracts to be furnished collector.

All persons, firms, corporations, or associations of persons who contract to have any construction work done for them by any other person, firm, corporation or association of persons shall furnish to the collector the name of said contractors and the gross amount of said contracts.
