§ 13-14. License fee for peddlers.

The fee for an occupational license for all peddlers, hawkers, itinerant vendors, and every person who displays samples, bottles, goods, wares, and merchandise on a temporary basis in any hotel, motel, store, storehouse, house, vehicle, or any other place for the purpose of securing orders for the retail sale of such goods, wares or the like kind or quality, either for immediate or future deliveries, shall be a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per location. A person who sells personal property not acquired for resale, barter, or exchange shall be exempt from the provisions of this section.
