§ 13-35. Control of supervision of games.

The Ouachita Parish police jury, as to any licensee under this article, shall control all games of chance held, operated or conducted under such license to ensure that they are held, operated and conducted in accordance with the provisions of the license issued by the Ouachita Parish police jury. The Ouachita Parish police jury retains the right to suspend or revoke any license for violation of any of the provisions of these articles. Any officer or agent of the Ouachita Parish police jury may enter and inspect any premises where such games of chance are intended to be held, operated or conducted.
