§ 13-36. Restrictions, requirements and qualifications.

No license shall be issued to hold, operate or conduct any game of chance under this article more often than twelve (12) days in any one calendar month. The total amount of prizes that may be awarded in any one session by licensee shall not exceed four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500.00) in cash or articles of value.
