A committee to operate, maintain and generally supervise Green Oaks Detention Home, located in the Parish of Ouachita, State
of Louisiana, is hereby created and is to consist of the several judges of the Fourth Judicial District Court, and the judge
of the West Monroe City Court, and the judge or judges of the City Court of the City of Monroe, and the president of the Ouachita
Parish Police Jury and two (2) members of the Ouachita Parish Police Jury.
