§ 17-48. Membership of committee.

The members of the committee shall be the judges of the Fourth Judicial District Court, the judge of the City Court of the City of Monroe, the judge of the City Court of the City of West Monroe, the president of the Ouachita Parish Police Jury, and two (2) regular members of the Ouachita Parish Police Jury; the two (2) regular members of the Ouachita Parish Police Jury shall be appointed to membership on this committee by the president of the police jury.
