§ 19-27. Existing gaps allowed to remain subject to article provisions.

All cattle gaps installed and maintained across roads and highways of the Parish of Ouachita prior to May 21, 1976 will be permitted and allowed to remain so installed subject to maintenance provisions hereinafter set forth.
