§ 1-48. Departments covered.

The following departments are included under the provisions of this article:

(1)

Department of Public Works;

(2)

Department of Secretary-Treasurer;

(3)

Cheniere Lake Park;

(4)

Green Oaks Juvenile Detention Home;

(5)

Food Stamp Office;

(6)

Building Maintenance Department;

(7)

Range Rider;

(8)

Job Training Partnership Act Department; and

(9)

Ouachita Parish Fire Department.

The Ouachita Parish Fire Department is included to the extent that the provisions of this personnel policy are not in conflict with state law as it pertains to civil service requirements for employees of the Ouachita Parish Fire Department.
