§ 20-170.51. Title; power.

The sewerage district hereby created shall be known and is hereby designated as "Ingleside Sewerage District No. 18" and as such shall have all of the rights, powers and privileges granted and conferred by the Constitution and Statutes of the State of Louisiana, including the authority to incur debt, to issue bonds, to levy taxes and assessments.
