§ 20-170.52. Supervisor.

In accordance with the provisions of R.S. 33:3887, the members of the Ouachita Parish Police Jury shall serve as the board of supervisors of Ingleside Sewerage District No. 18 of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, having all the powers and privileges granted and conferred by the Constitution and Statutes of the State of Louisiana during their term of office, which term of office is hereby established at three (3) years.
