§ 20-130. Powers.

The aforesaid Sterlington Sewerage District No. 1 as herein created shall constitute a public corporation, a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana, and as such shall have all of the rights, powers and privileges granted and conferred by the constitution and laws of the State of Louisiana.
