§ 20-173. Commissioners.

In accordance with the provisions of Sections 3812 and 3813 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 (R.S. 33:3812 and 33:3813):

Theodore Brown Jr.;

(2)

Richard Guraedy;

(3)

George Kolokouris;

(4)

James E. Mock;

(5)

M. J. Redmond;

(6)

Mrs. Hubert C. Seal; and

(7)

Charles E. Wilkes

be and they are hereby appointed as waterworks commissioners of said waterworks district to serve as provided by law, and:

1.

Edward Higgs; and

2.

E. K. Jackson, Sr.

are hereby acknowledged to be the waterworks commissioners appointed by the governing authorities of the Towns of Sterlington and Richwood, Louisiana, respectively, each of the said individuals hereby appointed or acknowledged being residents of said waterworks district and assessed with not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) worth of real estate in said waterworks district, as shown by the assessment of the Parish of Ouachita for the year 1978, same being the latest assessment roll completed, filed and of record at this time.
