§ 20-174. Domicile.

The domicile of said waterworks district be and the same is hereby designated as the residence of Richard Guraedy, Route 4, Box 288-B (Caldwell Road), West Monroe, Louisiana 71291, which domicile is within the corporate limits of said waterworks district.
