§ 4-6. Director and employees.

The agency shall appoint a director, and may authorize the employment of such professional, technical, clerical, stenographic and other personnel as deemed appropriate, fixing their compensation and making expenditures from available funds appropriated or authorized, as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this agreement. The agency shall provide the director and such other persons as may be employed with such office space, furniture, equipment, supplies, stationary, printing and other items as shall from time to time determined.
