§ 4-7. Expenditures.

Latest version.

All expenditures of funds shall be in accordance with state law, and shall be made pursuant to an annual budget duly adopted. The expenses of the agency shall be within the amounts appropriated to it by the respective governing authorities, or received by it as gifts, grants or otherwise.
