§ 4-8. contributions to budget.

After the is budget is established, the Parish of Ouachita, the City of Monroe and the City of West Monroe shall contribute to the budgetary requirements of the agency which have been adopted in the following proportions:

		Percent
(1)	Ouachita Parish Police Jury	51.47
(2)	City of Monroe	38.62
(3)	City of West Monroe	9.91

Following the promulgation of each Federal Census, the percentages of the Police Jury of the Parish of Ouachita, and of the Cities of Monroe and West Monroe shall be recalculated in relationship to each other on the basis of the population of each governing unit, except that the population of the Parish of Ouachita shall be computed only as to that population residing outside the municipal limits of the Cities of Monroe and West Monroe. Each of the Parish of Ouachita and the Cities of Monroe and West Monroe shall pay its full portion of the agency's annual budget in advance of the agency's fiscal year for which the budget was adopted, unless agreed otherwise by all members of the agency.
