§ 7-108. Agreement with Greater Ouachita Water Co. approved.

(1)

The indeterminate permit and agreement, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked "Exhibit A" for identification herewith, is hereby granted, conveyed, accepted, approved, ratified and confirmed by the police jury of the Parish of Ouachita, Louisiana, the governing authority of said parish.

(2)

The president of the Police Jury of the Parish of Ouachita, Louisiana, is hereby empowered, authorized and directed to execute an original in multiple copies of said indeterminate permit and agreement.
