§ 8-46. Loads on trucks or other vehicles to be secure.

No person shall drive or move any truck or other vehicle within Ouachita Parish, unless such vehicle is so constructed or loaded so as to prevent any load, contents or letter from being blown or deposited upon any road or other public place in Ouachita Parish.
